Fees will be agreed in writing before work starts. Invoices are payable by the due date shown on the invoice unless we agree something different in writing.
If a project changes or extra work is requested, we will discuss the change before adding extra fees.
Reports, training materials and recommendations are prepared for the client and purpose agreed at the start of the work.
You may use the materials for your own organisation. Please ask before sharing them widely, editing them heavily, or using them for another project.
We take care with our work and aim to provide practical, well reasoned advice. Final decisions, approvals, building work, policy adoption and implementation remain with the client and any relevant professional, consent or regulatory bodies.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under New Zealand law.
We may update these terms when our services or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page.
