Accessibility Statement

We want this website to be useful, readable and easy to navigate for as many people as possible.

Our commitment

Access Edge Solutions works in accessibility, so this website needs to be clear, usable and respectful. We aim to make the site usable by people with different access needs, devices and assistive technologies.

We use WCAG guidance as our practical benchmark and aim for WCAG 2.2 AA where possible.

What we have worked on

We have used readable text, clear headings, descriptive links, keyboard friendly forms, visible focus styles and strong colour contrast. Images have alternative text where they add meaning.

The site also includes responsive layouts so content is easier to use on mobile and tablet screens.

Known limits

This site is still being reviewed and improved. Some third party tools, embedded services or browser settings may behave differently from the pages we control directly.

If something does not work well for you, we want to know. Feedback from real users is one of the best ways to improve access.

Feedback and help

If you find an access issue, please tell us what happened, what page you were on, and what device, browser or assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing that.

You can email marciaj@accessedgenz.net or use the contact form. We will take your feedback seriously and respond as soon as we reasonably can.
