11.  Personal Property Securities Act 1999 (PPSA)
​

The client acknowledges that Access Edge Solutions may retain a security interest in any goods, materials, reports, or documents supplied as part of the services until full payment has been received. The client agrees that:

  • Access Edge Solutions’ interest in such goods and materials constitutes a security interest under the Personal Property Securities Act 1999 (PPSA).

  • Access Edge Solutions may register this security interest on the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR) and the client will take all steps reasonably required to assist with registration.

  • The client waives their right to receive a verification statement under section 148 of the PPSA.

  • Nothing in sections 114(1)(a), 133, or 134 of the PPSA shall apply, and the client’s rights under sections 116, 120(2), 121, 125, 126, 127, 129, and 131 are contracted out of to the extent permitted by law.

  • The client agrees not to create or permit any other security interest over the goods, materials, or documents supplied until payment has been made in full.
